Our picking, packing and delivery is linked to what you order, where you want it delivered and how you choose to pay, so delivery times can vary. Estimates are provided below to help you shop.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed from when the payment is received and reflected in our account.

  • Our processing time for most orders is 1 - 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. However, please note that during peak seasons, processing times may be longer. We will inform you if there are any delays in processing your order.

 

Delivery Methods:

  • Deliveries are made via courier (Door to Door).
  • Couriers don’t give an exact time of day for the delivery but will deliver between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. No deliveries will take place on weekends or public holidays
  • We offer standard delivery. Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and delivery destination.
  • The couriers require someone to be at the address provided to accept the delivery otherwise the goods will be returned and this will delay you receiving your goods on time.
  • Provide contact numbers and contact persons receiving the goods
  • Delivery ETA’s depend on stock availability but you will be informed if the item you require is out of stock and may take longer than the above lead times.
  • We do not deliver outside South Africa, but you may contact us to make prior arrangements for your courier service to collect your order from a pre-agreed address, which we will make ready for collection after invoicing your order.
  • No deliveries to a Postal Box

Delivery Issues:

  • If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.

Delivery Cost:

  • We reserve the right to part ship goods on all orders to the customer and to invoice each delivery separately unless otherwise stipulated by the customer. This is to make sure that the customer receives their stock in a fast and efficient manner.
  • We provide order tracking information for all orders. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can also track your order on our website by logging into your account.
